Devine Toasted Bread Crumbs |

Makes approximately 4-6 cups of mix. |
| 1 Loaf Bread (White or Wheat) |
| 1 1/2 Cup Finishing Spice (Cantica of your choice.) |

| Preheat oven to 250o |
| Lay bread slices out flat to cover a single layer of a cookie sheet. |
| Place cookie sheet in oven for 10 minutes. |
| Remove cookie sheet and flip bread over and return to oven |
| Leave cookie sheet in oven for another 10 minutes. |
| Remove cookie sheet from oven and let bread cool. |
| Place some of the toasted bread in food processor and pulse several times. |
| Pulse bread to a coarse consistency. This may take several batches. |
| Add some Finishing Spice to each batch and do two more quick pulses. |
| Pour each batch into a large bowl and mix entire batch when done. |
| Pour bread crumb mixture into an air tight container for storage. |
