Devine Toasted Bread Crumbs

Makes approximately 4-6 cups of mix.

1 Loaf Bread (White or Wheat)
1  1/2 Cup Finishing Spice (Cantica of your choice.)

Preheat oven to 250o
Lay bread slices out flat to cover a single layer of a cookie sheet.
Place cookie sheet in oven for 10 minutes.
Remove cookie sheet and flip bread over and return to oven
Leave cookie sheet in oven for another 10 minutes.
Remove cookie sheet from oven and let bread cool.
Place some of the toasted bread in food processor and pulse several times.
Pulse bread to a coarse consistency. This may take several batches.
Add some Finishing Spice to each batch and do two more quick pulses.
Pour each batch into a large bowl  and mix entire batch when done.
Pour bread crumb mixture into an air tight container for storage.
