Epic Baked Chicken |
| This is an easy dish with just a little preparation time. |
| 1 Chicken cut into pieces |
| 1 16 oz. bottle Dante's Epic Sauce (your favorite flavor) |
| Gallon Sized Zip-Lock Bag |
| 2/3 cup Water
|
| Place chicken parts in zip-lock bag. Pour in 1/4 (4 oz.) of the Epic Sauce |
| into the bag and add 2/3 cup water. Place bag on a plate and let |
| marinade in the refrigerator for two hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. |
| Place marinated chicken on a pan with a rack and place in oven |
| for 1 hour. Remove chicken from oven and sauce with 1/2 of remaining |
| Epic Sauce. Return to oven and bake for 35 more minutes. Remove |
| from oven and sauce with remaining sauce and return to oven for |
| 20 more minutes. Remove from oven and place on a serving tray. |
