Epic Baked Chicken

This is an easy dish with just a little preparation time.

1 Chicken cut into pieces

1 16 oz. bottle Dante's Epic Sauce (your favorite flavor)

Gallon Sized Zip-Lock Bag

2/3 cup Water

Place chicken parts in zip-lock bag. Pour in 1/4 (4 oz.) of the Epic Sauce

into the bag and add 2/3 cup water. Place bag on a plate and let

marinade in the refrigerator for two hours. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Place marinated chicken on a pan with a rack and place in oven

for 1 hour. Remove chicken from oven and sauce with 1/2 of remaining

Epic Sauce. Return to oven and bake for 35 more minutes. Remove

from oven and sauce with remaining sauce and return to oven for

20 more minutes. Remove from oven and place on a serving tray.
