Well... we developed a sauce that has literally dozens if not hundreds of uses. I was originally playing around with making a new barbecue sauce (and it works great as that also) but when I made some batches up and took it around to friends to sample (I was using tortilla chips and potato chips to let people taste and then giving jars to take home) I got reports back that before they could use it on their meals, they had finished the jar with just chips. At first I was kind of tickled, then people started telling me that they dipped not only chips but cheese, salami and veggies. Someone mixed it with pasta sauce and said it was fantastic with spaghetti. A guy mixed it 50/50 with pizza sauce when making a pizza, another poured it over his omelet. Someone even dipped his corn dog in it (No comment!). Others have poured it over steaming rice or mixed it with ground beef before making a meat loaf. It started to become a competition between friends and coworkers as to who could come up with the most original uses for the sauces. You haven't lived until you've tried Epic Inferno Wings!
This sauce is grand, it is encompassing, it is far reaching. It is a sauce that grows in versatility with each new idea.
